How are you incorporating digital assurance? (3min read)
"Nine in ten business leaders say that building and maintaining customer trust will be the competitive advantage of the future. But right now, few are prepared to seize that advantage, and the odds of consumers trusting companies’ technology are falling, not rising. When I think about Healthcare, we have to build trust with the workforce as well as the public when it comes to the digital healthcare services that they interact with, otherwise adopton will be slow. Trust comes with positive experiences as well as the ability to respond quickly when a digital service is not working.
The challenge - healthcare technology and the information systems landscape is complex, many parts and is on a journey to be more integrated (loosely coupled through API's) for greater value. Complexity is only going to increase.
To help digest this I've created an infographic that outlines this complexity at a high level and I draw your attention to the red lines.
These red lines will be a combination of services you own (e.g. EMR) and services that your don't (e.g leveraging cloud ML/AI at scale).
Do you have visibility of those red lines, between them and their dependancies on your digital service?
Please get in touch if think digital assurance is going to help accelerate or derisk your adoption of digital healthcare services.
Thank you for taking the time to read this.
