Your Friday-afternoon (or Monday-morning) AI efficiency tip 👇

You know the feeling. You open a channel and there's a wall of text from someone — three paragraphs and a couple of screenshots — and you just need the gist.

So I built a tiny AI skill for exactly that. I point it at a person and say "give me the TL;DR of their last message." A few seconds later it:

- pulls their latest message — and reads any attached images, not just the text - boils it down to a one-line summary plus a few plain-English bullets - offers to post the summary straight back as a reply, if I want to share it

What used to be "scroll, squint, re-read, decode the jargon" is now a five-second catch-up. The part I didn't expect to love: it reads the screenshots too, so the summary reflects what was actually in the images — not just the caption.

The bigger point: the best AI wins right now aren't the flashy ones. They're the small, boring frictions you hit every single day. Quietly automate one of those and you get minutes back, dozens of times a week.

Pick one repetitive 30-second task you do constantly. That's your first skill.

What's the small thing you'd hand to an AI first?
